For me the movements i experienced tended to originate from the waist
and abdomen area with spontaneous jerking occurring from alternating
sides of the body. Also, when allowed these movements have sometimes
progressed on to full yoga and yoga-postures... more recently the
movements have occurred when im lying supine and often occur when
self treating with reiki..usually with a more forward direction.
Sometimes i find myself being propelled to sit up without conscious
effort..a bit like frakensteins monster rising up! arms outstretched
etc... also much cracking of the neck and upper spinal vertebrae..
sometimes the movements are accompanied with spontaneous vocalisation
or babble really..which changes in pitch, tone depth, manner...I dont
know if this is something from the unconscious or just part of
releasing 'stuff' emotional or otherwise....the movements have
lessened a lot of late since ive been smoking a little again to try
and get grounded over the last week or so.. and once again, when
smoking, unfortunately, the tobacco has greatly diminished my sex
drive more than i would want to - a very good reason to stop smoking
again if ever there was one :)
