They are all the same energies IMO and in the opinion of many authors. For
instance I was just finishing John Selby's *Kundalini Awakening* and came by
the following: "Sometimes in Western culture, the awakening of the seventh
chakra is called 'receiving Christ consciousness.'"
Lee Sannella in his *Kundalini Experience* writes:The experience of light can
be called a universal constant of spiritual or mystical experiencing. It is
also associated with the ascent of the kundalini power into the crown
center...

Cohen & J-F. Phipps: The enlightened are bathed in light. Likewise they
irradiate light, which is represented by the aura that surrounds the heads of
saints and bodhisattvas in Christian and Buddhist art.
John White in his introduction to Kundalin Evolution and Enlightenment writes:

personal aspect of the universal life force named prana by the yogic

Prana has not yet been identified by modern science, but ancient wisdom

consciousness, samadhi.

Your neighbors sound particularly mean spirited, close minded and ignorant.
If they are harassing you you might consider telling them that harassment is
unchristian and may even be illegal.
[Is ther goal to deplete my sexual energy so that I have no god-given control
over my own chakras. I would like some light to be given to me on this as it
is dibilitating and spiritually devastating to me.]
No one can take away your energy! I would suggest you simply stay away from
them as much as possible. Tell them you are *already* saved, thank you!
