Hi folks

I'm 22 and an advertising student in Minneapolis.

My first experiences with what i believe was kundalini energy was
when i was eighteen. i was doing some sort of meditation in bed,
suddenly my upper body was pulled up towards the top bunk, and
everything was light. Then I went back into a relaxed state, went
into a lucid dream sort of feeling, and had a brief encounter with
what i think was my feminine side-a being that looked like me but was
female. after those experiences with k energy, and a few other less
noteworthy ones, it seemed to turn off or become dormant. The last
few months, i've begun yoga practice and engaged in meditation and
energy work. I've had lots of very cool and some disconcerting
experiences, one of the more interesing being a few nights ago when i
woke up in the middle of the night with a humongous pressure "out" in
the center of my forehead that seemed to lead me around for a
trancelike running tour of my apartment. i know this wasn't a dream,
because i woke up to find my kitchen light on and a few books moved
around from where they usually are. i've had most of the "symptoms"
described-i've overall found this to be a very exciting and
continually evolving experience.
so anyway i'll be lurking around this board. school does not
permit me to spend alot of time in email discussions, but you may
find me occasionally putting in a word or two. take care mark
