Yes, often, but not always in the intense way you describe.
Sometimes
there's not a personal feeling of love or compassion, but just a
general
sense of love and simultaneously the awareness of "I am you." The
first time
it happened it blew me away. Now, when I am aware of it, the mood is
quiet,
subtle. I think you, or Serena, just mentioned Bernadette Robert's
book --
in the beginning, it takes her a little while to notice that the ego
has
subsided. When I first read this, I couldn't understand how
something like
that could happen to you and not knock you on the floor. Now I see
that a
lot of these shifts are subtle and that the intense sensitivity that
comes
with kundalini serves to open us up to very delicate experiences.
The lack
of judging you describe also creates a silence where much more can be
heard.
And then there's the odd phenomenon that what blows us away one day
becomes
normal after awhile. I guess what I'm trying to say to everybody is
to pay
attention and don't get hung up waiting for the Big One! Holly
