created by an energy block in the area of Thoracic 8.

Very common in Western Society .. but most do not understand how or why

It can be alleviated by creating a bridge with your fingers
one hand on the tip of the tailbone ..
the other on the "sore point" in the lower lumbar spine .. usually L2-3
