Hello list!
Would like to say first, how much ive missed this list the last few
months whilst being busy getting back into the world of (nearly)
fulltime work after several years away while k has been doing her
worst..and her best!
been looking for a thread to jump back in on, here goes..

-Dizziness
-varying Sleep disturbances - mainly bouts of insomnia
-Speeded up metabolism - have to watch for low blood sugar
-Alternating from 0 to supercadgafradgalisticexpialidocious sex drive
(Pepper, your puppy dog story did make me laugh! my cat is quite safe
though as he is neutered!:)
-'toothache'-like pains in arms and hands
-jerking of the body, which, if allowed can sometimes manifest into
spontaneous yoga and yoga-like postures.
-stomach pains/disturbances
-energy shooting up the spine
-tingling in the crown
-perineum often tingling/aching (nice ache :)
-eye inflammations
-bouts of intense heat, particularly during full moon/solar flare or
after acupuncture or doing meditative stuff
-need for grounding - meat usually does the trick for me if nothing
else works..
-need for Haagen Dazs..though think ive had this before k wake up!

(am including what i would term 'emotional' stuff here):
-waves and waves and waves of bliss particularly brought on by music,
sunsets, beauty, beautiful landscapes, oceans, certain people or
sometimes for no apparent reason.
-short term depression
-paranoia
-Extremes of emotion eg. grief, anger, joy and mood swings
-Alternating self esteem which seems to link in with solar plexus
stuff.
-Auditory stuff - Lindsay Wagner stuff..hearing voices that are eg.
50 feet away suddenly as though they are right next to me - im still
working on squahsing tennis balls though..
-lack of concentration sometimes
-racing thoughts/no thoughts
-recently - third eye opening stuff..visionary stuff that I cant
quite place just yet..
- occasionally seing auras and energy fields
- total bullshit detector now built in - can smell it a mile off,
spotting control issues, peoples games etc..
- mild psychic stuff that is inceasing, knowing whos phoning
sometimes

-Waves of bliss again..
-merging with cosmos type feelings..
-being 'accidentally' brought in contact with the 'appropriate'
people
ok, thats all i can think off for now.
