On 2001/05/17 07:27, Cleocatras posted thus to the K-list:

Yvhv may be translated as such, which is the name in Hebrew, but the Armaic
name was translated as TheHEandTheSHE way way back... in the third
translation, it was still there... "HE", is the first syllable of the
unpronouncable name which was once how it was referred to. Thus, other
translaters came along and assigned it gender by error.

I learned this from someone that has spent 30 years studying the
translations, and is in a group of members which each have devoted their
lives. I consider this a reputable source.
