Hi all,

I am new to Reiki and Kundalini and am having difficulty sensing
energy flowing from my chakras. If I rub my hands together and then
move them towards each other slowly sometimes I feel what seem to be
magnetic pulls, and there is actually a flow in a circular direction
if I move my hands about an inch apart (the energy readily flows
either clockwise or counterclockwise if I start movement in either of
those directions). But if I hold move my hands over my body I do not
sense any energy from my chakras. Also the energy that I can "sort
of" detect between my hands will seem to "collapse" .. after a minute
it just disappears. Are there exercises to increase my awareness of
the energy?
