This is beautiful, really....Each new day...the sun rises and then
sets.....Each new in-breath..there follows a new out-breath...and a new
release of the past...just as you said...How many breaths does a person take
in a day? How many chances to release the past in a day...in a
minute?...quite awesome when pondered on...
