To literally answer your question ..

when all of your K is released from the body

its called death .. you are dead ..

  this takes about 3 days after the vital signs stop.


Now .. if you are talking about

releasing all of the holding patterns
that restrict the flow of k moving through the body ..

well ..

  some call that "enlightenment"

  the realisation of one's own Buddha nature
 Christ Consciousness

  or "self realisation"

Basically,
   it's the time when you realise
   that there are no more questions
   because you have become
   everything
   that you have ever
   asked about

In other words, the seeker
  is the one sought
