K energy is the energy of life_force .. as I wrote earlier.

The substance of who we are now, including the aging
process, is the product of the stagnation of this life_force.

When energy - once stagnated - is allowed to move freely,
a transmutation of substance takes place.

When this transmutation takes place, the energy states
of the atoms (in this case) speeds up.

The speeding up of the vibration of substance releases ..
what is to our perception .. heat.

I have actually photographed this process with time-lapse
thermal imaging equipment .. but other measuring equipment
shows that there is more than just heat ..

Perhaps a simile would be that running K is like having
a microwave oven in every cell of the body ..

but K can be seen .. and heard .. it can be measured also
as an ultrasonic energy .. and if you expose substance to
ultrasonics, it gets hot .. again as the particles move more quickly

There is one particular group of Tibetan Philosophy that works
with the principle of heat .. as a purification of the body ..
they sit naked in the snow wrap themselves up in frozen towels ..
and practice to see how much ice they can turn into water
or how many towels they can melt ...

It is not without reason that K-energy is known as "Fire" ..
the Christian Mystics also called it "The Refiner's Fire" ..
