Hi K and all,

About ten years ago, I practised kungfu using breathing method without
instruction of kungfu master, and I was in trouble. While studying in
class, my face suddenly turned to brown red and my head felt very heavy.
When I went home, and looked at the mirror, I couldn't believe the face of
the person in the mirror.

We're often to seek happiness, but do we know the good or the bad of the way
leading to happiness yet ? Do we know that has anyone been completely
successful yet ? Do we look at him or her yet? What deeply true about him
or her? etc... before we start practising.

Books are just the point of view of someone who you may not know how he or
she looks, how he or she does, how he or she acts, and how he or she
...etc...

just like claiming on the high tree to take a sweet fruit. If you fall, you
may be very hurt ...

P.S. kundalini awakes and runs in your body. What happen if kundalini
expells out of your body? and why does kundalini expell out of your
body?

i too am new to kundalini. I received shaktipat initiation last sunday and
have several strange experiences while meditating. they are physical and
not spiritual, however. i understand that this is part of a cleansing
process that i must go thru. it's a little weird, but also very exciting.
I am worried that during this time, i am vulnerable to mischievous spirits
and i might not be able to take back control of my body. has anyone else
experienced these types of kriyas?
