Bao,

i too am new to kundalini. I received shaktipat initiation last sunday and
have several strange experiences while meditating. they are physical and
not spiritual, however. i understand that this is part of a cleansing
process that i must go thru. it's a little weird, but also very exciting.
I am worried that during this time, i am vulnerable to mischievous spirits
and i might not be able to take back control of my body. has anyone else
experienced these types of kriyas?

You all KNOW i have to reply to this *grins* at the peak of my
kundalini....
or what i feel was th epeak right before the snake uncoiled and flew up my
spine with a charge.... i went into a bit of psychosis... it got pretty
scary for me for a few days there. laughing crying dying in my mind.... now
i am working on becoming a full shamanic healer :)
