As a mother of 5. oh yeah!! the more frustrated you are the worse they
get!!!!!! they can small it coming like a wounded man gets sniffed out by
starving sharks!!!!
Dont know if it will help cat... but i take mine outside in the yard and sit
in the dirt with them. the closeness to the earth helps me get grounded and
the earth kind of drains the negative energy right out of me.... hot showers
in meditation kind of help too :) but with my husband working 70 hrs a week
and my kids ranging from ages 6 months to 9 yrs old i dont get much time for
those LOL
