all made to be broken ..
Now .. what is the mirror that you are reacting to ..
Flaskbacks do not become severe
unless there is a direct focus on one particular incident ..
Now .. if you had followed fully what I have been doing ..
you might see that I have not done this ..
nor have I gone looking for anything specific ..
so .. why the reaction from you ..
Changing the focus
diffuses the crisis ..
which is an art form
when one is not looking for a catharsis
but an unravelling of a matrix of beliefs ...
