Thank you for the reminder of truth...It always feels good but I have a
question:)

What of those who understand the mirror/reaction thing on an intellectual
level, but not on a practicing, functional level? Telling someone to "try
it" reminds me of the Nike commercial "Just Do It" ...if doing it were that
clear and easy, everybody would be! So my question is, what is behind the
words, the prose and motivational talk?
What do you think are the steps, the process, the energy of action behind the
words?

"Just Do It" did not help me go from being obese to a bodybuilding champ.
"TryIt", "Do It, Believe IT" did not help me go from having a sense of my
energy and joy to finally LIVING and Being it...so as I have learned to find
answers, I ASK
