and I am probably the only one left standing in insomnia land...
lets hope if there are any spiritual battles it will depend on who can stay
awake the longest... aka wakefulness...

posts flying every two minutes for the last 4 hours on the Klist -- it was
very exciting to say the least... we could have all just as well met in live
time in our list site's chatroom. I will venture to guess if we scheduled a
listwide chat there during the next full moon, everyone will be up and typing
anyway...

Angelique,
I am concerned to hear that you were on downtime for a while, needing spirit
energy or refuge from your friends... it would be the one favor I would most
eagarly return after all you have done... actually I really cant wait for the
day that I have that level of healing power at my disposal where I can be
called upon...

If my thoughts are negative, I immediately go into a tailspin that similates
chronic fatigue. It is so extreme that when I go to sleep and I exhale, my
body will not automatically inhale again and I have to wake up before I
suffocate. This might explain my current state of insomnia, actually...my
physiology has been radically and rapidly changing to the degree that I am
exhausted and sleeping the entirity of these last three days.... dont know
the significance to this yet...

Froggy was talking about fingering his body from the inside out...
Several weeks ago, I keeled over in pain and knew immediately that another
ovarian cyst was annoncing its presence... so I took my imaginary finger like
he talked about and physically visualized it shred it off into energy. Pain
gone for good so far... Catlin's hugs helped along the way too that day...
There were plenty of lessons on healing that day...

Seems that living is more about listening to my inner voice and following
what I hear more than anything else these days...
