I do not recognize these as K symptoms, but perhaps from psychotropic drugs
and poor nutrition and metabolism. My thyroid is causing some severe dryness
that could become as you describe if I do not take care of it. The hands and
feet and nose are all extremities that could all be related to circulation.
Plus, certain drugs just do not mix together well without other strange
symptoms, toxic responses and sensitivity to allergies.

It would behoove you to do your own diagnosing with a DSM5 (Diagnostic and
Statistical Manual) study carefully and gain some more confidence about what
is true diagnosing and what are Kundalini symptoms. Once you know the typical
Kundalini sensations you wont be so partial to freaking out and over-reacting
and should be able to sort out those symptoms that are left over and match
them to the manual. You will become more calm and self-observant. I would
detox from all prescribed drugs under the care and supervision of a holistic
medical doctor after you get that far, and check for allergies as well as
vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Monitoring sleep and nutrition and exposure to other toxins can eliminate
several other false symptoms. Also do not discount allergies as an
alternative explaination.

Kundalini awareness and visualization can heal just about anything listed in
that manual, once you have a better understanding of your body...
