Early on in my search...I learned that each time the essence of truth was in
front of me..(not knowing it as such)....I pushed it away...slamming it with
full force....in an effort to get rid of it....But no matter how hard I
tried...it re-appeared...until I realized that it was really me I was trying
to push out of the way...all the controls within that had me bound...Any
such
person that attempts to verbally bash another...might look at the mirror
presented to them causing the reaction....It is such an opportunity for
growth...for realization...It truly is...

But there is also much to be said for expressing one's views clearly and
effectively. That is what Am did.

One way to suppress others is to constantly point out to them that they have
issues to deal with if they react to anything in a way that you do not
approve of.

Of course when you point out to others that they have issues to deal with,
it is really your issue that you are dealing with, is it not?

The cult mentality seeks to limit or restrict the freedom of expression in a
group through the use of gross or subtle force, using power of suggestion.

That is of course hard to do on the K-List! :-).
