If you keep the books shut .. and sleep with them under your pillow
you will absorb the essence between the words rather than the words.
If you can get the original language text before the translation into
English, so much the better.
After a week or so of doing this, when you do (if ever) finally re-read the
words, they will make totally different sense to you ..
but the major difference is that the essence will have embued itself
into your unconscious .. this is why the original Sanskrit is much
more powerful than English .. for Sk. is not words, but a pictorgram ..
or phonetic (if you like) representation of a tone or sound ..
English is merely words.
oh .. and btw .. the Sk texts are absorbed even more powerfully
into the sacrum .. if you do Yoga Nigra and place
the book under your lower back ..
but .. warning .. watch out for sudden rising K symptoms if you do this
because they can be so strong as to hit you in the back
and the chest .. seeming like a heart attack
