Hi, Claire,

For various perspectives on White Tantric Yoga and 3HO, check out Rick
Ross's site, or try posting what you posted below on the "anti-3HO" e-group
and the kundalini yoga e-group. I'll email you privately with my own
experiences with White Tantra. Let us know how it goes if you go. :)

Incidentally, White Tantra did remove a block for me, but not the block 3HO
might have hoped for. :) I find it quite yummy that I realized this exactly
40 days after the experience, which is the amount of time the 3HO
facilitators told us it might take. /grin

You are the second person in a little under a week to ask about this. I
wonder if the two of you are thinking of the same program.
