Yes fear is central, the unconscious fear becomes concscious.
Don't forget it's anger the other primal emotion that overcomes fear.When
fear is faced we will feel the chakras open ie. deep muscular
contractions.You can get very mystical and etheric with the chakras ,but
they do have a biological nervous, muscular reality.
The main thing is to let go to the reality ,though it can be painful , the
full flowering of being is what you always wanted and it the kingdom is at
hand.
