Hi Paul,
Don't worry. A elephant fly is not that much different from any other
fly, just a bit larger. It's when you see them unzip the damn things
that you might want to make sure you know where the exit is...
Love, Mark
ps I take 50 mg 5-HTP each morning and I think it has helped lessen the
impact of the depressions that I've had on and off all my adult life. I
also think the depressions were symptoms of fighting K, and that not
fighting K is also therapeutic. Finally, I think the K has been
dragging me through the stuff (old traumas) that I've pushed down, which
when they have arisen made me depressed and that just allowing those
experiences and not "minding" the depressive states, but allowing them
full expression (witnessing but not identifying with the experience as
in "I'm depressed") has made me a much happier, saner fellow. (Who likes
to make silly jokes) So I think 5-HTP is a good thing. Perhaps not for
everyone, however.
