Sacred Places...

I recently had an urge to break away from this huge hullo bullo of Delhi and
went to hills
unplanned, seeking to reach a place where my inner self shall find that
mystical air that I long for.
In this travel perhaps nature helped me and I reached a remote location
called JAGESHWAR
besides Himalayas at hight of around5500 ft from sea level. What a
remarkable place it is not visited by
many and not even known to many in this part of the world even. Surrounded
by thick lairs of pine
and breathtaking sceneries. Ripples and small streams greet you all the way
whereever you go. THe small town of only
around 100 odd houses has a population less than 400 perhaps. Everything
vibrates with an aura of mystical
and I am feeling this even now. Indeed a splendid place to revitalize and
energise. A small very old temple of
Shiva and Shakti has lots of coded Lingam-Yoni symbols and there are around
124 of them whereever you go
it's been wonderful.
