Yes I know, they (I will explain) are on many lists.
On many lists at once it seems.
They seem everywhere.
That kind of *persons* (not beings, not people, as they are mere
personalities... as in 'multiple personalities') are in a mind world.
They play mental games (needing 'game' as in 'hunting').
They spin vicious circles around people to make them feel
'saved' in a 'magick (?) circle of make believe'.
'Trapped' is of course what it is.
The only way for that kind of persons to feel real, to have a
*semblance* of reality is when they can criticize, judge, manipulate,
'punish', threaten, etc., to see people weak, tremble, insecure, while
saying that it is the very thing they don't do... They want to keep you in
mind, their mental vicious circle.... so that you keep them in mind...
They are always lurking in the background, but popping up like
'Jack in the Box'es.
It is the utmost of illusion as it is rooted in fear and threat based
*conditioning*: "If you ... then..." When one steps out of that
conditionality, that circuitousness, one is automatically in reality...
real stuff...
Like digging in the garden, walking in the rain, sun shining in your face,
real wind blowing..., picking the first wild strawberry..., chopping wood.
Conditional carrots that are dangled are not real,
punishments that are threatened are not real,
if they were they would lose their spell...
as we could physically deal with them...
You are allowed, in fact obligated...
(and you will do that at the right moment, your moment)
to turn your back on that loop, lasso...,
you step out of the coral, you are not game...
Then there is PLAY... happy, serious, joyous, play, life, truth, energy,
love...
The way you sometimes see children play...
Stay strong So & So, the Xs, Ys and Zs will always be there 'sort of'...
but not in your mind... and when they pop up mentally, one can neutralize
their impact... after all it is mind only... illusion, not yours but their
illusive 'promise' that they (or a copy of them) will come back again...
That is the nature of illusion, it is not based on real physical presence,
when that happens... there is another approach...
Are you using an email program like Outlook? It is possible to set rules for
your email, it can automatically delete certain mail messages:
e.g. Tools / Message Rules / Mail / New... /
Check the box in front of "Where the from Line contains"
and then in the bottom of the screen click on the red line
"contains people" and type e.g. Wim Borsboom (hehehe)
Go to the top again and put a mark in the checkbox
e.g "Do not download from server." That way the messages will not even
appear in your Deleted Items Folder.
There is more but play with it a bit....
You can always go to the group site
to read the messages if you lost some inadvertently.
