Yes, that's all fine and dandy, but what if your sandwich just aint
buying it and spits a pickle back at you... or bites you before you can
bite it? I'd rather play it safe and not let my food know my intentions.

Didn't you ever see the movie "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes?" Those
vegetables were not very happy about being eaten or anything else... and
they made a slippery mess of the whole town.
