I don't know how saying to someone who's obviously not listening nor
giving even nominal respect, "Fuck off, I know what I'm talking about!"
is supporting splits.

That's what I would call standing up for yourself, for what you know.

(and possibly Nina should get another doctor. If her doctor hasn't
worked out his fear of whatever it is you think he's needing work on, he
shouldn't be "practicing" on Nina. He's not hearing her, he's not
acknowledging her, thus he's probably not even examining her properly.)
