BRAVO, Lynette, BRAVO!!!!

There is nothing worse than silent Voices!

Well said! Well said! Well done!

There are many people on this list who have probably experienced the same foolish mean-spirited treatment.

This is what I referred to "as monkeys in the mind": all those negative and judgmental parent tapes and other noisy complaining egos trying to silence our Higher Self, the Beloved (lovely endearment, I like it!) as you call the Spirit. They desperately try to spread their own fear, trying to make others own that same fear. I kicked that nonsense out of my mind. Funny thing how all those noisy other egos fall silent when they realize they don't have you "coming and going." The torture and indecision ends. Your life is now your own to live.

Another way to phrase it would be from the viewpoint of The Celestine Prophecy book. I chose to end their control drama.
I no longer fed them the energy to continue in the vicious cycle.

After you get out of all these dramas, the quiet can be deafening! And very pleasant!

And yes, there are those who still try to draw you back into those same or new versions of the those dramas. It's like my friends tell me about divorce: once you divorce it is that much easier to do it again. You've already been there, in that "drama" and can see the problem developing faster and the dissatisfaction builds quicker to the point of decision.

The analogy holds here for those who would dare to silence our Voices.

Let our Voices speak! That is how we destroy the fear and the other illusions and injustices created by fearful people, things which we unwittingly took into ourselves until we later realized what had happened. Then we can all set about to the business of healing ourselves (and them if possible) and living a full and whole Life!

BRAVO, Lynette! Yes!
