Hi,
I do not know about 'long term effects', but I can definitely feel
that food placed in the microwave oven, has the life-energy killed
out of it.
You can probably feel yourself the difference between good Alive food
and the dead-one that is good only for filling up the stomach and
provide some calories.
Sometimes, my partner, inspite of that she know that I do not want
dead-food, probably because she feels like doing a quick warm up of
food, she secretively sticks it in the micro-oven anyways.
Well, without knowing of her 'disobedience', I can feel the lack of
Living nutrition right away.
So I would say, that should be good enough reason, to throw the
gadget away.
You probably heard that Kirlian photography could also detect lack of
life-energy in micro-food.
