Exercise to clear throat chakra blockages:
Be a gargoyle. Open your mouth as wide as you can, stick your tongue
out as far as you can, and wiggle the end of it up and down. While you do
this, say aaaaaaaaaagggggggllllllllllllrrrrrrrrrrr.. like a "OM, a gurgle
and a growl all at once. LOUD!
Do it till you crack up laughing.
Keep doing it while you laugh.. it will be a very funny, creepy
sounding gargoyle laugh.. like Dracula on helium + laughing gas.
When you stop laughing, do it again but pretend you are making this
face at all the people who ever told you to shut up and behave yourself!
Stick that tongue out and wiggle it!
aaaaaaaggllllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhaahaaaahaaaaa
