And me, although I go by Kim here. ;)

Had a little tiny black kitten at that was found and given to me, starving, hair falling out, all around mostly dead just before my K reawakened. She rode on my shoulder for a few months because she was too sick to keep up with me, but was determined to try. I called her shadow formally, but my pet name for her was pantherkitten...she looked like one of the egyptian statues come to life but walked like a black jaguar. I miss her terribly...but know she's ok out there...never was what anyone would consider domesticated.

Currently I'm owned by a green iguana I got a little over a month ago I named pandora. I was in the pet shop, debating getting one, when this one got loose from the employee that was trying to show her to someone else and came climbing up my leg and stopped on my breast. No sign of being territorial, though they often are. Question was answered. She was boxed up and brought home. She is just about 4 inches body length, and about 14 inches with tail. Very tame, tolerates others besides my husband as long as I'm near...tho I did have a problem with one person scaring her into going under my shirt and into my bra... ;)

I purr at my iguana sometimes, just something that comes out of me from time to time...she doesn't seem to understand it but doesn't mind the vibration. Occasionally when she's active I'm treated to her climbing up and down my spine...dunno what it is, but it's sheer bliss...
