these are excellent questions, and provide much perspective... if you
feel comfortable enough, please tell us about your expereinces, and any
solutions that you may may be involved in... you sound very
knowledgeable from firsthand experience (of course, just an auumption by
me)... please teach us...

also, i am curioius about your handle (mother-aunt-mat?) and name... may
we get to know you better? please...
