This is not a shock to the normal breathing of the cells ..
  nor is it a shock on the nervous system ..

Both are a shock of the realisation of the false nature
  of our learned beliefs ..

What is taken away in the moments you describe is the notion
of breath which we have been taught which is a false breath ..

the breath you describe is a reversal from the taught breath
to the spontaneous Universal Breath ..

that which is also experienced as a Whirling Dervish
  in full expression of Extasy ..
These are not a shock on the nervous system
but a reunion of the nervous system with the
Universal Breath in the most healing moment of all

  Both these things I know
  and can relate from my personal remembering'
  of my own experiences ..

  Now ..
   shall we try the Dance of the Extasy of S'iva ..
