A good point I think.
About 'believing' in the 'mistresses and gurus', I'd rather not,
though listening and testing out their truths would be appropriate.

According to the DNA 'teaching', the DNA structure for each one of us
is unique..: about one in several trillion possible combinations, and
to that we can add the conditioning of society we're brought up in.
What struck me about this, is that if it is true, then what am I
going to do with this Fact of this variety of unique persons that I
come accross in my life ?
The 'business as ussual' is that I like/dislike, grasp/reject,
love/hate according to my personal reactions.
Is that a wise way to live ?.. even intellectually speaking.

Unconditional being in/with what-is as it is, seems to be the answer,
which means giving the space of one's pure awareness to the unfolding
of the unique-ness of another, and the unfolding of life situations
as well the arisings of one's own inner movements/states/moods..
and that, it seems to me, would also be love.
But if I just go by a belief, then it is just another belief, and
my 'love' just a temporary Mood, and I doubt that it can last for
ever.
