I wasn't talking about therapy....I was talking about me.

Did you hear me?

I don't think so cause you didn't hear me say I didn't smack people
anymore cause I have learned to be gentle to myself.

I can't be a therapist, nor would I want to be, until I hear me first.

otherwise I will never hear others over the whispers and cries of my
own heart

those are my own reactions that point me to the path of gentleness

just my own experiences

it won't be awful, i promise
laugh, like wim says
what will you lose if you laugh and play?

will you keep ignoring our offers to come out and play?
to be childlike?
to be embraced?
