That is just IT José, that is THE way.
The way I practiced quite a while ago and it worked because it is the only
way, I left all the rest alone.
Instant enlightenment by itself, shaktipat etc... doesn't last.

Looking at your thoughts? Yes!
Who is looking? You!
What state is that? Awareness!

Emmy has been doing that as well and her solo-trip to Auroville, India,
solidified it. I recognize her enlightenment, she comes with insights that
are totally her own. That is 'realizing' the light... the dynamics of the
process of realization... SELF re-processing... She is realizing herself
(Niemand kan dat voor je doen.)
This practice, which really is not a practice, is 'awareness' and it grows
on you because it is so good to yourself. Slowly, one becomes aware of less
and less impediments in oneself as they disappear in front of the
self-compassion in awareness... you will just be aware.
Reality arises 'in it - from it - is it' . This realization of re-covery and
re-origination is a natural progression, it is a process.
Enlightenment may come in a flash... it can not last when realization of the
light (reality, truth, love) *making it real by actualizing it through one's
own awareness* does not take place..

So, yes!!! And keep growing, keep it growing on you
and within you...
  and from you...
I love you...
