This will sound simple because I'm new to this.  A few years
ago, I read a book about kundalini awakening and it seemed to
stress a sexual connection.  Is the state of pre-orgasm a
gateway to kundalini awakening?  Or is it just the other way
around--that is, is kundalini awakening the key to sexual
awakening?
