I don't find any of what you wrote explicit ..

I have found that underneath the 'niceties' .. when you scratch the surface ..
are the source of the blocks that stop k moving as it should in the body
  because if k wasn't moving all the time then we'd be dead

It is the memories such as you write and I wrote about ..
that have created the blocks that are buried so deep and so many will not
talk about for fear of 'offending' others..

but the twist is ..
the secret you try to keep so well is hidden is quite often shared by your
neighbour.
  and the code of silence is further reinforced.

By freeing these memories it not only frees the ancestors ..
but it frees the unborn future children of those ancestors.
