Just a few musings.
"When you observe an individual entering the
state of religious ecstasy known in the East as
nirvikalpa samadhi, he or she appears little changed
from the perspective of an observer. Yet we are
informed from many sources that he or she is actually
experiencing unlimited consciousness first-hand."
When I work with clients this is not an uncommon
experience. It's only after the treatments session,
often not until the next session, that they report
experience bliss.
In spiritual traditions there is the experience that
"enlightenment" is passed on from teacher to student,
master to disciple.
When I allow my body to open and energy to flow, it
facilitates the same in clients. Like guitar strings
tuned to the same note. Pick on and the other
resonates. When we are in the presence of someone who
is in a congruient state, it's easier for us to
experience that same state. This applies to K as well.
But the experience is one thing, understanding is
another. On experience bliss, clients may focus on the
orgasmic, sexual aspect or note rather than the full
symphony. This then leads to transference and counter
transference.
My sense is that K is being experienced my more and
more people, but out of context. This leads to
heartache and mischief in the world, instead of peace.
As in relationship great sex is not enought, dialogue,
compassion, forgiveness, constant willingness to learn
are essential for the relationship to deepen.
My sense is that K is being awakened, the issue is
sound teaching and guidence. K is not enought.
In the christian sense, K is the spirit. Without the
spirt everything is just dead ritual. Spirit alone
leads to mischief (we can be dead sure and dead
wrong).
We need the spirit and sound teaching.
