Excellent what you wrote.
When I went through my most aggravating Kundalini ordeals years ago, I
secretly visited the hot tub / whirlpool of my neighbours. (They allowed me
anyway but the secretiveness somehow increased the effectiveness). Luckily
they had this ozone filtering system so there were hardly any
disadvantageous chemicals in it. I would be in there 2 to 3 times a day or
night, afterwards rolling around in wet moss and grass.
I used to have to walk through creeks or streams. Ah, nakedly in the rain on
a mountain top. I must have been desperate.
Anyway my body guided me relentlessly, at some point my mind was always 5
seconds behind, initially trying to object but it was always too late,
finding myself already swimming in the cold ocean or some other intensively
enjoyable endeavour.
My mind used to be so afraid of the physical, good thing I lost my mind one
day.
I also did enemas outside in nature with solarized well water... yes I was a
nutcase... but boy did it help.
So still a nutcase, but... case cracked...
By the way you will find all of this in any good Hatha Yoga book or
teachings that are based on the original Hatha Yoga Pradipika writings. "The
Chakras" by Harish Johari being one of the best.
Drinking one's own urine is very very effective,
Shall I dare to explain?
I need some feedback on this...
Love, Wim
