I am not in the habit of reaching out as my own subject, but I am going to at
this point.
I've experienced many of the things that are known as common in the kundalini
experience. Actually I have worked hard on my particular path for many years
to bring all this about. I've not completed. I still have the final step to
do (plus some). I would call myself "partially awake".
The rest of the kundalini manifestations of course continue as they do. I
find myself worried when they aren't happening for any length of time, and
exhausted etc.. when they do LOL. Its also very hard, living in the real
world, supporting oneself alone ( I am a single female) when everything you
are about is the spiritual path..mostly its hard because with these kinds of
results now, I am in constant fear they will get out of hand ( as they have
at times) and prevent work for a few days or more, which I can't afford to
happen, as my survival depends on my job.
The surges of energy and the subtle body movements are the hardest, since the
first I cannot control and the second is just well, sort of like being sea
sick after awhile lol. And of course, one has to pretend that one is dead,
like the rest of the people around.
Having a difficult time of it sometimes. Looking for any positive comments
about the whole process from anyone on the list, as this is one of those days
I just feel like jumping into my own grave.
