Meditating one night I was amazed to hear birds chirping in my left ear so
real. Not tinitus but three seperated sounds, very rarely they have been in
the right too. They are there all the time now but not loud until I listen
intently then there appears to be an increase in volume.
As a seperate issue I purchased a CD called "the gate keeper" with prima
sounds from the school of wisdom uses the pentatonic scale.
You listen at high volume and the resultswere impressive ie energy rushing
up and down my spine into my head, brow chakra rotating.
All very pleasent.
Going off for a week so wont be able to reply.
