Subject: [K-list] Elaboration on my experience the other night

As i layed down to sleep, I was intending to meditate to calmness,
which I find an expediant way to sleep(always had trouble falling
asleep). I hadn't even the chance to quiet my mind before I found
myself unable to determine whether my eyes were really open or closed.
Golden was the dominant color of this experience, swirling around me
like the painting "Starry Night" by Van Gogh. My face felt as ice to
the touch, as I began to recognize shape in this ocean of swirling
gold. It was form, without form - the silouette of entity, blurred. I
could see no face, but felt the glow of a smile and the happiness of
laughter eminating from it. It came closer to me, and I welcomed the
presence. The thought of fear came to me, but just as quickly
released. My body felt engulfed in light, and in life energy,
seemingly levitated and suspended from weight. My heart raced
erratically, and then with the sensation of vibration. My lips tingled
and warmed, and at that moment I felt as if my heart would explode
from it's cavity with brilliance of light and love. I immediately wept
with tears of joy at knowing.
