Very familiar to me. In my case there is a pattern -
40 minutes of observing and enjoying it (sometimes
more like bearing it). After that I turn to my side,
the currents go on but I fall asleep almost
immediately. It is like a deal... The process seems
very intelligent - perhaps you would like to have a
talk...

Very familiar. If something that keeps changing all
the time can ever be familiar. :))) I like to think
of giving myself to the upgoing energy and receiving
the downflow as a blessing or charging my spiritual
battery. You may call energies as you like and it
seems that many enjoy having a personal relationship
with the process. Perhaps you, too?
