I would like to address your words, Mystress...and if in doing so they can
reach one heart on this list, then they will not have been written in vain.
I have been an active member on another list for a year and have been blessed
with feeling the energy within me stir. I became curious as to viewing how
others are experiencing the movement of their lifeforce, and so I joined this
list too a few weeks back. Up until now I have remained quite silent, but
today I feel a need to speak.
From the whole of my heart, I feel that the awakening of the energy within
must be done with care and with understanding of the things that have caused
it to be still for so long, or else it can be quite disruptive and harsh for
the body and mind. And I say that because as the energy within begins to
move...it awakens the memories within the body that have kept it dormant and
will manifest in ways that are not always understood. The blockages along the
way will reverberate tenfold that which has caused the blocks...And the
reverse is true also. If the energy within does not begin to move it is
because of that part of life not remembered, which has buried it deeply.
I am not promoting anyone or any list...Goodness knows that spirituality
cannot and should not be bartered......But I feel it necessary to say that
the words of Christopher Wynter should be read with care and with
understanding....Had I not had the wisdom and compassion of both Christopher
and Fiona, and the anunda energy, in guiding me toward awareness, I would
never have had the chance in this lifetime to know my lifeforce and
understand its rising within my body and all that I am experiencing.
Most people do not want to realize what has been the controlling factor in
their lives, whether it be religion from past generations or cultural
beliefs......I, for one, was one of them, and denial was my greatest
protector...However, this protector was only protecting my ego, not my
heart...
It can be hard at times to move into the past and dig up buried
memories...but in doing so, I have allowed the expression of my spirituality
to emerge and I feel it was the precipitating factor in allowing my base
chakra to begin to generate my life's energy...and as the energy moves
upward, I find that I am able to embrace it with understanding and acceptance
now, rather than with fear.
I feel strongly that unless the body and the mind are understood, and how the
past has played its part within the whole, then becoming involved with
kundalini practices are in actuality..."playing with fire"...To know and
become one with that which is the essence of life, the divine male and female
as one, is every ones right, but to try and do so without understanding can
defeat the entire process.
I have been blessed in having the anunda energy available for me as a
compassionate guide, and I very much wanted to share that with this
list...Thank you for listening...
