I've been having a rough night, my energies are really becoming
intense and bizarre/strange. Different from anything I've
experienced before. It started about 24 hours ago; I was sitting in
front of my computer when all of a sudden I felt a warm, thick liquid
energy very slowly going up my spine column to my shoulder blades
where it stopped. I became incredibly tired and went to bed. Pressure
on the front part of my crown was soooo intense that I couldn't
sleep, so I just laid there and got myself lost in happy, peaceful
thoughts. In the middle of my happy thoughts, I started to hear this
awesome beautiful musical tone! It was very distinct and enchanting.
It startled me at first and my first thought was "Now what?" :-)
After awhile the musical sounds went away and then my lower back had
so much pressure pressing on it that I had no choice but to roll
over on my side. (I have not been able to sleep on my back in
months...due to the changes in my skull.) At that point I was just
grateful that the "contractions" in my root chakra had not returned
as I've been feeling "twinges" the past couple of days.
When I woke up, I felt wonderful...did all my exercises and
mediations...all was well. Then about midday I rose up from a chair
and realized that my spinal column had "fallen asleep". From my
tailbone to my neck, it felt exactly like it feels when your arm or
leg falls sound asleep. This is new to me, I didn't know that a
persons' spine could instantly fall asleep like that. It didn't hurt,
it felt frozen is the best word to describe the sensation. I was able
to walk, drive home and said my prayers.
The rest of the day got stranger...I could not eat, feel extremely
nauseous. The pressure from my crown has become more intense and also
moved, now it's in back of my forehead and down to my eyes. I hear
what sounds like loud crickets. All I crave is drinking RO water with
lemons. And the pressure in my spine from the tailbone to my
shoulderblades/neck....so many sensations I cannot even describe.
Meanwhile my whole body feels like it's pulsating. There is no pain,
only discomfort that is becoming more pronounced. A few hours ago I
felt overcome with sadness/grief/loneliness, I felt like something
deep inside of me was dying and I just wanted to weep. I called a
close friend, he said he understood what I am going through...but I
know he doesn't really understand. He was being comforting like any
true friend would be.
I'm writing this because I think you guys do understand what I'm
going through and it helps me to remember that I'm not alone in this
grand adventure. Thank you all so much for your friendship, support,
suggestions and kind letters, you will be in my prayers.

physical symptoms and fail to be checked out by a doctor. I think if
you have something strange going on with your body, you need to have

we're living in the 3D world now with 3D rules.
