Kundalini itself will take care of this! My life changed radically after
awakening. Some changes were involuntary, some were voluntary in the sense
that I quickly learned I was supposed to say "yes" to life and follow
unexpected opportunities. Throughout all, I understood that the practice was
only (!) to open my heart, open my heart, open my heart. A huge part of this
was a transformation in the minute to minute, most ordinary ways I interacted
with people -- most especially my husband. Among other challenges, I had to
get a lot more honest, to risk being joyful, and to soften. The kundalini
opened up new capacities and cleared out psychological grit over time, but it
was my job to make this growth evident in the material world. Very, very
tough, at times, but I've learned truly that everything I see is God,
