You are blessed indeed. How wonderous this thing that is happening to

This is truly what it means to be born again...to be accelerated by a
evolutionary power to become a new being.

My kundalini awakening, has been by far, a most joyous and blissful
experience.

I did not know that a kundalini awakening can be difficult and
painful until I joined this list.

General advice...

Resistance to the process of growth causes pain and discomfort. Would
we put a growing boy in a room that is too small to contain all of
him?

When mine awoke I chased it for years because I knew for that reason
I had been born. I became a kundalini junkie.

Surrendering to its (yours) divine power and intelligence will
accelerate and lead you to wonderful adventures and discoveries.

Just my experiences.
