Yes, it really does not serve a purpose anymore in that way, but it's still
there trying
to do it's job. It's like a thing in and of itself.

I wouldn't say I am a disciple of invisibility : ). It has just been my way
for so long,
and for whatever reason it's becoming a thorn.

Yes, that would make it simple wouldn't it. I love my family and part of my
becoming is learning the fine art of forgiveness. I can't change what
happened
in my childhood but forgiving has been a great release for me. I'm sure it
makes
them feel better too.
