I only am familiar with the nectar, flowing from the crown chakra. It will become rather obvious when K. rises to the crown chakra, it will only increase. But I can't remember it flowing down the throat - just from the crown, and physically it feels, as if oil continually is poured on it... It remains the same, independent from for instance injuries like a broken foot or activities like hiking or swimming... Strange enough, sometimes even the cheeks can feel as if being kissed :)
